We want you to love your purchase, so if for any reason an item is not what you expected,  or you are unhappy with it in anyway, it can be returned for a credit note (excluding shipping costs) provided that it is unworn and returned in packaing supplied. 

Chell&Capri does not offer returns or exchanges on Sale Items so please choose your sale purchases carefully.

The following conditions must be met for your product to be eligible for a return:

• The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact.

• The item is returned within 14 days of being received by you.

In order to make a return, please contact us on hello@chellandcapri.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please allow 4-5 business days for dispatch.

PREORDERS - If your order includes Preorder Item(s) your order is not shipped until the entirety of your order is ready for dispatch. If you would like the in stock styles to ship first, kindly place separate orders.
